Hebei Beizhong Cast Iron Welding Platform serves as a foundational platform for welding equipment, cabinets, and other workpieces, providing a relatively flat working surface for welding operations. The cast iron welding platform complies with the standard: JB/T7974-1999. It is primarily used in industries involving welding processes, such as mining machinery manufacturing, metallurgical equipment manufacturing, multi-level parking garage welding, shipbuilding, fan manufacturing, turbine manufacturing, and boiler manufacturing. It functions both as a basic work platform for welding equipment and as a welding station platform for equipment assembly. Its applications are extensive, and it is utilized by any company, factory, or mining operation engaged in welding work.
The material of the cast iron welding platform is high-strength cast iron HT200-300, with a working surface hardness of HB170-240. It undergoes two artificial treatments (artificial annealing at 600°C-700°C and natural aging for 2-3 years), ensuring stable precision and excellent wear resistance. Cast iron welding platforms are often thickened to withstand the impact forces encountered during work. The products are designed with ribbed plate or cabinet-style structures, and the working surfaces come in rectangular, square, or circular shapes. The working surface of the cast iron welding platform is finished using manual scraping techniques.
Cast iron welding platform specifications range from 100mm*100mm to 2000mm*6000mm. Standard specifications feature a flat panel surface, suitable for welding workpieces that are not excessively heavy. For heavier weights or requirements such as T-slots on the platform surface, custom-made thickened welding platforms are necessary. The dimensions of the T-slots are produced according to national standard specifications.
